Framed in Jade Return/Exchange Policy
We will happily accept merchandise returns within 30 days of you receiving your items (this excludes final sale items). If received after the 30 day grace period, the items will be shipped back to you. Items must be returned to Framed in Jade in the condition they were received (no wear or damage) along with the original packaging slip. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you of the return. Once your refund is processed, please allow 3-7 days for the money to show up in your bank account. Money will be returned in the original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and we will refund your purchase to allow you make the correct purchase via our website.
Shipping and handling costs of purchases are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. FRAMED IN JADE is not responsible for any lost returns and so we strongly suggest using delivery confirmation and tracking for your package.
